About
Built for the adults stuck between labels.
Tangled Live started with a simple observation: most adults who suspect ADHD also carry a childhood-adversity history. The same is true in reverse — complex trauma can look a lot like executive dysfunction, working-memory collapse, or emotional dysregulation. Isolated screeners can't tell the difference. Our engine can.
We combine public-domain validated instruments (ASRS-v1.1, ACE-Q, Philadelphia ACE, PCL-5) with a set of original items reviewed for psychometric clarity. Every response funnels into a normalized scoring pipeline that produces convergence flags, triangulation signals, and a profile map — not a label.
We are not a medical device. We are not a clinic. We are GAIA, a mapping system: a tool that helps you enter a clinician's office with the right questions, the right patterns, and the right frame.
The rules we hold ourselves to
- • Never claim to diagnose.
- • Never hide the uncertainty — we show convergence levels.
- • Never retain item-level responses beyond what safety requires.
- • Always screen for crisis first, interpret second.
