Privacy Policy

Tangled Live collects the minimum data necessary to generate and regenerate your screening report. This includes your email and authentication identifiers, aggregated subscores and flags, and payment metadata necessary for Stripe transactions.

To improve the experience, we may record anonymized interaction sessions inside the app (taps, scrolling and screen layout). Personal content such as your name, journal text, answers and photos is masked at the moment of capture and is never stored in readable form. These recordings are kept for up to 30 days and are used only internally to fix usability issues.

Individual screener responses are not retained beyond aggregation into subscores, except for the three legally required crisis triggers (PCL-5 item 16 risk-taking, Original Trauma SE item 1, and the disorganized-attachment combination).

We do not sell your data. We do not run behavioral advertising. We share only what's strictly required with our payment processor (Stripe) and hosting provider (Vercel).
